T&M Contracting is a full service remodeling and new construction contractor. We are a family owned company and have been open since 1997. T&M is a Virginia Class “A” contractor with licenses in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier, Culpepr, and Stafford counties. When needed, T&M uses only licensed and insured sub-contractors and building permits are pulled whenever needed, final inspections are guaranteed in writing. We are also fully insured with State Farm Insurance Company.
We take a hands on approach to your remodeling and new construction project, letting you play and active roll in the decision making process. That’s why every job is a custom job. Whether it’s a new home or a basement remodel project you get the final decision and play an active roll in your project. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and all work carries at least a one year warrantee, and in some cases much much more. Some of our siding and decking product carry 30 years warrantees.
