We are working with the home owner to select the exterior fit and finish. This includes roof shingles, siding materials, trim and windows. At the site the carpentry crew is setting roof trusses and the interior walls are framed.

We are currently working on a 3BR single level home in northern Culpeper County Virginia. This will be yet another a high performance house using green building products and practices to include: geothermal heating system, SIP panels, foam insulation, cement siding and construction waste recycling. This beautiful age-in-place home is in a wooded rural setting and is being constructed for a couple getting ready for retirement, who are looking for a low maintenance energy efficient home.
